3. Estimates & Inspections
Free estimates are provided based on the information you submit and an on-site inspection. Final pricing may vary based on actual roof condition, accessibility, and other factors discovered during inspection. You are under no obligation to purchase services after receiving an estimate.
4. Warranty
RoofMaxx treatments include a 5-year transferable warranty against manufacturing defects and treatment failure, subject to the official RoofMaxx warranty terms. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are subject to inspection.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoofMaxx of Simi Valley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or website.
